Interstellar Starbase Syndicate is building twin outposts as a single
project. These will open up the region of Providence to trade and
colonisation, accessible to all Eve-players. Following on the success of Marginis and Borealis, the ISS Providence [ISSPO] corporation will build and manage two new stations 'Consido' (Administrative) and 'Fabrica' (Factory) to be launched by 1 May 2006. Shares in ISS Providence were available for sale to all pilots in Eve and sold-out in the first phase. The IPO Share price was 20m ISK per share. A total of 3500 shares were available.
