The Interstellar Starbase Syndicate has a successful history of IPOs and share dividends in the Public Outpost business. Earlier outposts have delivered dividends in-line or exceeding their original business plan estimation, and shares trade strongly on the secondary market. The ISS Marginis outpost IPO and construction were in October 2005. This was the first IPO in Eve and interestingly in any online MMO universe. The ISS Borealis outpost IPO started in December 2005 and was sold out in a mere 3 days. ISS Borealis has been operational since January 2006. The first dividend showed strong results, above predicition and has brought bustling life to a previously uninhabited part of Pure Blind.
